Super unprofessional, made remarks about the size of my cheque to a crowded bank, even suggesting i through a pool party and asked about how my money was received. I was then forced to make an appointment with a financial planner after saying no three times and then was called repeatedly for weeks

staff was very unprofessional when dealing with large sums of money, the teller announced very loudly that the check was large, in a very full bank, and then proceeded to ask me questions about how the money came to me and what i was going to use it for and even suggested a pool party.  I was then hounded to speak with a finically planner even though i insisted i didn't have time today and i already had one at sun life, despite this i was forced to make an appointment and in the end my money was put in the wrong account

I have been their client for over 10 years and i thought i was going to do all my life banking with them.. this is not the case... the tellers are awesome but the "financial advisers" are your typical sleazy bankers. they are so quick to sell you on their product with out listening to your needs, no communication whats so ever, and when you finally get a hold of your personal financial "adviser", he was more than happy to judge you on your choices instead of advising.... typical banker b.s really. if anyone looking to do in depth financing for their family or their future, i wouldnt recommend this branch, just go in for your simple teller banking and you will be fine...
