Absolutely Amazing! Traditional mobile key services are sketchy at best (“come see my key grinder in the trunk of my 02’ Corolla”). HOWEVER, this is not one of those. The Sprinter van he uses is immaculate inside, very well organized, and has almost every tool you’d ever need to make keys. The service was phenomenal (text friendly, which is always a plus with the amount of meetings I’m in) and very timely. Can not recommend this company enough.

I will recommend Cool Springs Lock & Key to everyone. A few days ago, during the ice and snow, my wife started our vehicle and before she could unlock the rest of the doors our daughter hit the lock button and slammed the door. No kids were in the car, however the vehicle was now running with the keys locked inside. It was 5:30PM and i immediately called another popular Lock service. After almost 2 hours of waiting I gave up on that service and called Bobby over at Cool Springs Lock and Key. The call was answered right away and Bobby met me at my vehicle in less than 20 minutes. Had my vehicle open in less than 5 minutes. Unbelievable service and incredibly kind to work with. I recommend these guys for any of your lock or key needs. We will be reaching out to them for more work in the future. Again, I highly recommend this company!! Thanks Bobby for helping us out in the middle of a snow and ice storm!!

Highly recommend Cool Springs Lock & Key! I called them for a need of a new key in our office. They were prompt, very friendly and reasonably priced. Thank you- We will definitely use for future needs!

One of the technicians,Bobby, met with me on Saturday to program to FO B’s for my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe. I had bought the FO B’s off of eBay and one of them worked in one of them didn’t. But He explained everything to me he sold me a new fob so I get the two that I needed. Reasonably priced very friendly very punctual would gladly do business with again. Plus love supporting small businesses
