Mike with Pop-A-Lock was very professional and kind! He came to our rescue when we had a nail in the tire of our rental truck, the night before we were going out of town. He kept in constant contact with me and was very prepared when he arrived. He was very nice and we appreciate him coming out to help us, even though it was dark and cold! We will definitely recommend Pop-A-Lock

Absolutely the WORST EXPERIENCE. I will never use them again. Called at 5:50pm and they said 30 mins. Well that passed, so I called back the said 10 more minutes. That soon passed and then the tech called and said he was 15 minutes out. Well, I received a text to track the tech. He was in Fort O! I'm in Red Bank. It is now 7:05pm and still no tech. The tech told me he works two jobs and he clocked in at 6pm and had 3 calls already. Well, I'm sorry but maybe that's something you tell your boss. Maybe get some help. I'm still waiting. I cancelled my roadside assistance because they us Pop A Lock exclusively. I will not pay to use a service this bad. Ever again. If I could leave no stars I would.

If I could leave NO stars, I would. We were forced to use them through our road side assistance in Chattanooga, and we waited over 2 1/2 hours for the person to show up. Called multiple times to their customer service asking them to get the person who was supposed to be coming to call so we could find out when he was actually going to show up. He FINALLY called us 30 minutes past the final ETA we were given telling us he would still be another 10 minutes! Still didn't show up when he said!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! 3 hours later I'm finally headed home. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I had a great experience with C. Frank, he was fast and got the job done well, thank you! I also had a great experience with William, he was fast and efficient and super nice! Both were great.
