I brought in a car key to have two copies made and fobs programmed. The keys and fobs work great without any issues. They were very nice and service was quick. Would definitely recommend!

Derek, xtra cool very professional, responded immediately!! Locked out of 26' box truck. Great personality with my kids who were so inquisitive. Even hooked me up with a spare.  I highly recommended dont hesitate to call for service!!👍👍

Not a long wait til he arrived. Friendly , fast service. Literally took no longer than 10 minutes and most of all not expensive AT ALL! THANK YOU!

Excellent service! My ancient key fob finally died, and I always had a problem with the physical key part setting off the anti-theft alarm, so I wasn't going anywhere. With only one key fob to begin with, I wasn't going to be able to re-program any news ones unless I went to a dealer, either (not fun)! 

Derek used my provided remote head key blanks (keys with remote attached), and re-programmed and cut them all within about 90 minutes (including a call to Chrysler when the on-board programming wasn't cooperating). He gave me back my "dead" key, and also gave me an extra physical key so that I could open the locks with them (and this time without setting off the alarm)! 

I was lucky this was a non-emergency situation, but considering what this could have cost at a dealer, I am very pleased with the service. Remember before calling that Derek gets a lot of calls during the day from all over. Try to learn as much as you can about your problem so he can best help! And if you buy your remote head keys from online, be sure it comes with all the right stuff! Some places only sell the shell (for when the case breaks). Good luck!

Derek is the most Fair and trusted lock smith I have ever come across if you want to do business do business with this man he does a fine job and is very patient and very polite
