My wife had them come out to repair our dishwasher. They stated that the main board was out and would call us back with the price. We ended up having to call them to finally get an answer the following week. The main board is no longer available they said. This is a dishwasher that you can still buy at Home Depot. How can that be. I Googled the part and it was just on back order at the GE site. Found it on Appliance Parts Pro and had it installed by a qualified company. Bottom line is, they fed us line about the part and to this day, I dont know why. I found the part right away, why couldn't they. Could it be that it would have been a difficult install. Who knows.

Cecar was a very nice guy. He really knows what he's doing. The only problem I have is the communication of the technicians with the dispatcher. We paid by credit card for the technician to go out and do an estimate. It seems Cecar was not aware of this. Instead of calling me before he left my clients house for payment arrangement.. He left the clients house then called me. The client had to wait another 2 days before she could get her appliance repair. Prior to this every time I called the company to find out what was going on with the work order. They said several times let me call my technician and I'll call you back, but the never did.
