Don't go with Cooper Heating and Cooling. They came out in February, completed a full site evaluation and quoted us around $6000 including the crane to put the unit on our roof. When they came to do the work they said getting a ladder up to our second story was too dangerous. So, we played phone tag for two more months trying to get an answer from them on next steps. They then said we need to pay another $2500 for scaffolding. We told them the install was included in our quote and so they responded they wouldn't do it. Funny enough, we are having other electrical work done today and they have a ladder safely in the exact location that Cooper refused. Additionally, we have to go through Costco to get the $6000 we paid them four months ago. We also have to start from scratch again to find another company while temps are quickly heating up. I wish we would have known Cooper was a bait-and-switch company.

Cooper installed a new AC & furnace via the Costco program.  Everything works great.  Installers were professional & friendly.  They maintained a clean work environment.  Worked until after 7:00 PM on Friday night to finish.  No complaints.

Very poor company to deal with.  Went with Cooper as they were the Costco preferred vender.  Had a brand new Heating and AC unit installed three years ago and since paid over $1,000 in "maintenance" as the system has never worked.  I called a few months after install that system wasn't cooling (1200 sq ft home wouldn't fall below 80 with system running all day) and quoted three months to get a tech out.  Called another company and discovered how poorly the system was installed.  Finally broke down after 2 1/2 years and had to pay a second company to come in and scrape everything done by Cooper and redo the entire installation of the unit.  Very poor company to work with and would never contact them again.

Good service overall.  Great personality from my plumber.  Great and quick work with replacement of shutoff valve.  Price of that service was fair.  
However, I listed out several things i needed and plumber arrived without all the accessories required.  
Other items I needed completed were priced at double to almost triple the price of individual certified plumbers.  Overall, good to very good experience.

We had an issue with our furnace/AC unit and Cooper sent Scott R. out within 2 hours. He quickly got us back up and running. His level of professionalism was much appreciated! He was friendly and his attitude was fantastic. Truly a pro.
