My furnace was on the fritz so I reached out to Kappler.  The owner of the company to my house the same day I called to take a look and give me a quote.  I hired them to replace my furnace and A/C and they did an amazing job!  They were very professional, nice, clean, they also answered all of my questions thoroughly.  In addition to that they noticed they noticed the system would work a lot better with some changes to my ducts, so they made those changes for me.  Brian and crew were awesome and I would hire them again anytime!

Josh called to confirm my service call 30 minutes before he arrived, introduced me to his assistant and proceeded to slip on shoe booties to eliminate any tracking and then he began his tasks. Josh then explained all of the important services he and his assistant were going to perform. When Josh finished his work he then explained what was found during the preventative maintenance inspection. The entire experience was very professional and built a high level of trust in both he, his assistant as well as Kappler Mechanical Inc.  I could not be more pleased with the service.

The customer service and overall experience was outstanding.  Kim was amazing finding time in the completely booked schedule to have a tech come out the same day, actually within an hour of my call.  Josh was great!  He immediately diagnosed the furnace issue and got it running good as new.  He was personable, knowledgeable, and provided recommendations for maintenance.  Kappler has gained a long time customer. Thank you!

I have been a customer of Kappler for over a year.   Service technicians are well-trained, respectful, and friendly.   When I replaced my furnace, Kim reviewed options with me.  The installation team did "beautiful work" to quote the building inspector.  Kappler's Comfort Club program makes routine furnace maintenance easy and convenient.

We have been using Kappler for quite a few years now and have found them to be excellent.  Josh is our technician and we couldn't ask for better.  Customer service is top notch too.
