I've had two really bad experiences here. The first was about 4 years ago I let slide until it happened again. I have never had problems with the X-Ray machine or technicians in my life until here. The machine is outdated and 4 years ago, the woman who was initiating the x-rays kept beating my mouth up to get the insert in. I left in tears and bleeding gums. Again, never in my 35 years of having teeth and going to a dentist have I had this problem. Now to May 2017. I've gone back several times and the girl who did this to my mouth isn't there anymore and hadn't had problems until this past May. This newer girl, beat up my mouth and was forcing the imaging tool in my mouth so bad, I couldn't stop gagging and literally throw up came into my throat and my gums were bleeding. That night, I had to take a prescription pain pill that I had left over from a surgery to calm the pain it was so bad, just from a stupid X-Ray. I had to go back 2 weeks later to get my permanent crown put in. The SAME girl who tore up my mouth and jaw was the girl who waited on me. She tried to pull out the temporary crown for a brief second and I screamed it hurt so bad how hard she gripped it. So the Dr. immediately came in and numbed it. The doctor also SPECIFICALLY told this girl, wait 2-3 minutes and then try. Well, I waited. I waited. 10, 15, to 35 minutes later the girl is nowhere to be found and the numbness wore off without anyone checking in on me or knew I was in there. I got so angry because I have a job to go to, that I grabbed my purse and was walking out until another assistance saw me leaving and asked if everything was ok. I told her no that I was left in there for 35 minutes when I heard the doctor say 2-3 and the girl went MIA on me. So immediately, a new medical assistance came in and so did the Doctor, who had to give me ANOTHER shot just to numb my gum to remove the temporary crown and insert the permanent which took a whole probably 15 minutes. I was so annoyed by the customer service I was given, I emailed the office by a form on their website explaining what happened and guess what. I haven't received a phone call or email apologizing for any of this. It's been almost a month now and completely gone ignored. I let others be the judge of their experience, but this is not a place I recommend now. Medical assistance professionalism has gone way down.

I've been going here for years. They are very friendly and helpful when trying to work with my schedule. Very good service with everything I've had done there. Highly recommend.

The most friendly and professional group of people that I've ever paid to hurt to me. The staff is very dedicated to making sure that the needs of their patients are met. They do not try to push unnecessary procedures or products on me. As a bonus, you get cool shades and sometimes get to watch a movie like Harry and the Hendersons while you're in the chair. When it comes to using power tools inside my mouth, Coppell Modern Dentistry is the only group that I trust.

The most horrible experience. This place is a total rip off. Went in for a normal cleaning. I didn't know Xrays could be so painful. They stick some weird looking thing in your mouth and push it against your tongue and gums and ask you to bite down on it and say don't move. They did this several times and it was painful and annoying. I am not sure if this is some prehistoric X-ray equipment. Then the dentist comes, does a 30 sec quick look in my mouth and comes up with this analysis. I have very bad gum disease. All my root canals have to be redone and 5 of my porcelain crowns replaced. Apparently it was not done right. My lower jaw bone is apparently shrinking or is about to disappear. In addition I have some spacing between my teeth which needs to be taken care of. Normal cleaning cannot be done unless its deep cleaning. The cost of this deep cleaning alone is around $800. I can see this has been suggested to several others as well. I also need all my wisdom extracted. If I have to get the rest of everything she suggested done, I might have to sell my house and live in a homeless shelter. But I can at least be happy that my teeth are in good shape. I told them that I would take a second opinion on all the procedures suggested. You could clearly see they were not happy when I said this. You have been warned!

Terrible.... When they took the X-Ray they had this painful thing you bite down on that stabs your tongue and gums - It doesn't make it any better that the assistant had to retry 4-5 times on each area to get a clear picture. The floor was dirty in the dentist room. I honestly had a bad feeling when i walked in. I wish i would have read the reviews before i wasted insurance on the x-rays because they recommended me the SAME thing they did every one else. -A $800 gum cleaning -A root canal for 2 teeth (One I did need but the other would suffice with a filling) -4 wisdom teeth extractions It was $4000 just to get one tooth and a deep cleaning done and i would have to come back next year for the rest. I cried in the car.. Luckily, I decided to sleep on it before i agreed to the gum cleaning bullsh--. Currently shopping around for better options.
