You will find a different: dentist, dental assistant and office staff every 6 months. So if you don't mind consistent change, you may be alarmed to hear this. Every time you go you will get an exorbitant list of services they "suggest " you receive at exorbitant prices.

Family and I went to this place for three years. Revolving door of dentists, hygienists, office staff. Some are good, some are okay, some are just bad. If you go, expect to get expensive treatment recommendations and offer of dental credit plans to fund it. I kid you not. Each time I got second opinions - twice was told needed treatment was nowhere near what was recommended at Floss. I stayed as long as I did because convenient location - but no more. Not sure how they got all these 5 star ratings, but hard for me to believe. You've been warned.

I really like Dr Sing. However, the practice has different people every time you go in and I got a different dentist to put on my crown. The crown did not fit and I had to return multiple times. I also had issues with the billing dept over an incorrect quote they gave me which they were unable to explain. Will definitely be switching to a different practice.

I've been there 5 times in a month for a filling they did.  My bite hasn't been the same since.  I can't eat anything on one side of my mouth and  I wake up sometimes in the middle of the night because of the pain.  I've had fillings before from other dentist but never experienced this.  NEVER EVER again

Doctor Service is good and recommend Dr Sing.She is cordial and explains clearly the problems and procedure.

But the billing department FORCE you to pay before you go and sit with the doctor.They don't even wait for us to pay till the claim goes to insurance company ,so that you pay the balance.
THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY DOCTOR OR HOSPITAL FORCING YOU TO PAY BEFORE YOU SEE THE DOCTOR  AFTER AN APPOINTMENT...............

MEDICAL FRAUD COMPANY....CHARGE  YOU MORE BEFORE THE TREATMENT AND DOES NOT REFUND YOU....THEY SAY IT HAS BEEN APPLIED TO YOUR ACCOUNT...CAN USE IT FOR NEXT TREATMENT...
THEY DONT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO YOU .....

I HAVE NOT SEEN SUCH A CHEAP CORPORATE  BEFORE....

I FEEL ALL OTHER REVIEWS ARE GIVEN BY THEMSELVES....HOW COME 5 STAR FOR ALL CUSTOMERS....

I TOOK 1 STAR AS I COULD NOT DO NEGATIVE RATING.
