My family and I have been attending Copper Creek Dental for the past year and have found Dr. Chan and his staff very friendly. All of us have had great experiences for all three of our visits. Dr. Chan works well with young children and is very accommodating and understanding, making our kids' first experience at the dentist pleasant. They were careful to check our benefits ahead of providing any services. They explained how to get the most out of the benefits available to us and were careful to warn us if any of the services would fall outside of our coverage. We were all very pleased and highly recommend Copper Creek Dental. Keep up the great work!

Dr Wallace Chan has been my dentist for a year now. I found him very efficient, caring, patient, skilled and meticulous. His clean and state-of-the-art clinic makes you feel at ease. Also impressed by his staff who are friendly and helpful. I would recommend Dr Chan if you are looking for a great dentist.

Dr. Wallace Chan is a good dentist. I am his patient for many years. (when his office is in downtown, 94 Cumberland, Toronto). He is a professional, knowledgeable, thorough, gentle and friendly dentist. He cares about his patient. I was a bit nervous when I need to do a root canal but he did a marvelous job. I feel comfortable and will recommend him to my friends.

I had my teeth cleaned (visit 1) and 3 fillings (visit 2) done by Dr. Wallace Chan at Crystal Dental Centre on Bay and College, where he works in addition to Copper Creek Dental. Dr. Chan was very warm and friendly and took the time to ask about me and also to answer all of my questions. I told him I was a medical student, so while he was working on my teeth, he chatted with me about some of the interesting procedures and diseases he's seen, which I really enjoyed (and he still remembered I was a student on my 2nd visit). When he gave me a numbing cream and then a shot to prep for my filling, the needle didn't hurt at all, which was a first for me. Dr. Chan also asked me during the course of each filling whether or not it hurt, so he could give me some more numbing. I really appreciated how attentive he was to make sure I was comfortable. Before the final filling, he also told the assistant to apply some Vaseline on my lips to prevent cracking - I didn't realize how much of a difference this made until I left the building and noticed that my lips weren't peeling like they normally would after a visit to the dentist. There's no question that Dr. Chan knows his dentistry, but from the perspective of a medical student, it's his excellent bedside manner that really stood out for me. If you need to get your teeth and mouth healthy, I'd highly recommend giving Dr. Chan a visit!

I read the negative review and honestly I don't know where it comes from. I found the receptionist extremely friendly, she took all of my information and quickly coordinated with my insurance. I didn't have to worry about a thing. The office itself is really nice as well- everything is brand new and the latest and greatest- and the decor is pleasant. Today was my first time at Copper creek and I thought Dr. Chan was knowledgable, patient, and very gentle. He found a pretty deep cavity that my previous dentist didn't find (he took the time to show me on the x-ray), along with a few very minor ones that I didn't need to worry about at the moment. He did not do or suggest anything that was unnecessary. I found him to be extremely competent and honest and I would not hesitate to return. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.
