Lots of nice trails to hike here! We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. The ranger was super nice and made some awesome recommendations. It's about an hour from the apostle islands too, which made for a great day trip though we wish we would have spent more time there too. The doughboy trail even has a nice parking area and lookout that is wheelchair accessible. There are flushing toilets and working showers. This really is a beautiful place to visit but make sure you reserve at least a couple of nights here because there is a lot to see. We will definitely be coming back!

This place is a straight up national treasure! The hike loop is about a mile and it takes you up and over the falls and back. There are so many moments where you are just struck with the incomprehensible beauty of the park. We had a 4 year old with us and he was able to do the entire walk with little help. We even found some chicken-of-the-woods wild mushrooms that we grilled up at our campsite. I can't wait to go back (when it's not raining).

Beautiful all I can say. The kids loved it the wifey loved it but be prepared to hike. And read the signs lots of cool info. It's a place we've considered using for our annual vacation. If you like the senic views this is a great place to start...also trails are to bad my 2 yr old was able to hike the whole thing on his own 2ft

A very nice state park with scenic, quick and easy trails. Stayed there for 3 days and was over all very happy with my stay. They have a cozy, small beach and easy access to fire wood. If you really need supplies, there's a Dollar General right outside the park. The camping sites we're nice, but a bit close for my liking, but that's camping. We camped at the South campground. The real bathrooms, with showers are there. The showers were free! I would recommend visiting this state park.
