This place is always packed and I can see why! They have a great happy hour. The only issue I had was their prices are a bit high on both drinks and menu items. They have a vast selection of different items. If you are indecisive it my take a while to order. The happy hour menu is nice and simplified though.

Happy Hour Power. Copper Whiskey Bar has a GREAT happy hour! $5 Whiskey Punch cocktail or the $5 John Collins cocktail are my favorites. Plus the Burnt Ends are so yummy between sips. This place is usually very crowded when I’m there and a couple of times I have had to walk away from lack of available sitting space. However, the happy hour keeps me coming back and it’s nice to have a more underground feel with this establishment.

The Copper is a great pub, almost a five star. Most excellent staff and food. One of the few places that actually gets the burger cooked right ever time and substituting a salad instead of fries is no big deal, a good salad at that, not some iceberg lettuce with a tamatto wedge, but a real salad with greens and vegetables. The steaks are even better, I would recommend the fillet.

Snack time is "happy hour", and the prices and quality are excellent!  Our server was competent, however she made it quite clear we weren't really worth her time. My son ordered the deviled eggs ($12) (and thought they were very good) with water because he's a week shy of 21. I ordered the Caesar salad ($8?) right away before even a drink order; it may have been because I was starving, but it was the best Caesar salad I've yet to have in Bozeman! I ordered the filet ($36) as well, and it also was amazing! I would make this my "go to" place for dinner, absolutely, except for the service. I wanted a Coke with a lime: the first time I ordered, I received a Coke; the second time I received a Coke with a lemon. In the interim a table of five was sat next to us. We never saw our server again at our table except when she dropped off the check and impatiently waited for the payment.   She returned the check without any acknowledgement at all. Regardless, the food was excellent, reasonably priced, a perfect quantity, and our food runner who was the only person to check back with us very graciously brought me an assortment of limes on a napkin.

This place is ALWAYS AWESOME. We've been just about 10 times... Always several times a trip. Don't miss the Friday, Saturday smoked prime rib and Sriracha margaritas. If there's an opportunity to make a reservation, do... Otherwise, you'll have to wait in the full service bar. (Not a bad place to grab a quick bite.) Excellent staff... even Birthday cheesecake! Thank you, Copper!!
