I've worked closely with this copy store for several years, and have always had expert results. Some of my projects are complex, some are simple copy-and-collate. Danna and staff have always been excellent, knowledgeable, and never miss a deadline—and some of mine are embarrassingly tight. I've worked with copy stores across the country and I'm very happy to have landed at a GREAT one here in Sonoma. This store is more like a traditional printshop, but stays responsive and deadline-sensitive like a copy store.

Extremely unhelpful, inattentive staff. I called regarding FedEx GROUND pickup, and asked the man on the phone what time the FedEx GROUND pickup was. He gave me a vague answer so I asked again, "what time is the FedEx Ground pickup?" He told me 4pm, give or take... then I asked if the same time applied to FedEx Express pickups. He told me they only do express, not ground. He clearly wasn't listening to me previously, and didn't care at all when I explained that that's what I had asked before. 

I can't imagine how crappy the service would be in store. No thanks!
