You waited 17-18 days for your parcel package and get your e-mail confirmation its in your mail box and delivered and get home surprisingly it's not there! Check neighbors if they got it by accident am sure they would return it well. I don't understand how can a mail carrier mess it up it says your information and all. I would understand if the area is notoriously people steal your packages but mine is a safe area Blue collar people works here. Someone should be accountable for this mistake. USPS employees getting paid pretty well and taken care of well somewhat. Where I work if the customer complains we fix it now and then on a certain degree. Lastly left my contact information at the post office but never got a call next day waited patiently.... Time and money was wasted well little cousin I guess your going to wait for your birthday gift another 3 weeks sorry about that I did my part. The mail carrier just messed it up for you cousin and me switching to a po Box eventually their so much to comment on this mistake am a open minded person but damn mailing my package to a different address they say! And whoever got my package Merry Xmas!

This post office seems to like to come up with excuses for not doing their job. I have forwarded my address and I am getting calls that my bills are being sent out and sent back to them. How hard is it to forward an address to an envelope? This is not the first nor the last time this post office screws things up. This is a BIG deal. Once my tax refund was sent to the wrong house. It was over 1,000 dollars. SUPER UPSET WITH THIS PO

This post office and our carrier are a joke. We have multiple packages just never show up but they say they delivered it. Other times we will get mail a week later. Also the carrier will not stop to drop our mail of unless I am standing outside. I have seen him drive right by and then the next day get mail for the previous day. This is a pathetic service and they need to get it sorted out soon!

I reschedule my delivery on Saturday, I came to the office on Friday try to pick it up by my own and they said my package is out of delivery! They asked me leave my phone number and the carrier will give me a phone call and give it to me! Now is 7:30pm, I hope the carrier is still on the way!

This post office always has excuse not finding my packages. I already a lost tons of money but they decide not help me at all, only leave my contact information so they can make people think they will do something. If I have any choice not to use usps in the future, I would definitely use other shipping companies.
