You need an appt for passports. Nowhere does it state that in the location, so I was waiting for a solid half an hour with some other folks before someone informed us. Please put a sign up! Or just do walk-ins! Also, more "window" employees need to know what the process is for passports. The gentleman (who was very kind) right next to the desk kept repeating that he didn't know anything. Not helpful.

Absolutely horrible! I had a simple question, to find out if I could renew my passport, as it had expired. The recorded message did not address my issue, but told me that a human being could not answer anything more than the recorded message stated. My problem is not resolved and now I have to drive to a post office, and they will probably tell me to go online. Horrible customer service!

I ship A LOT of packages. I've dealt with two different people dropping off packages and both have been amazing, polite and completed our business transactions easily, trouble free and quickly. Thanks USPS!
