I would advise to NOT use this company unless time is of NO importance to you. Our first shipment with them was forgotten to be put on their delivery schedule. It's bad enough that normally things will set in their warehouse for a week before being loaded on a truck. Maybe I have been spoiled with other delivery places.

The first delivery was cancelled, and I was offered two different explanations as to why which makes me believe that one or both is a lie to cover up the laziness or incompetence of the delivery driver. The second delivery was scheduled for two weeks later. This time, the delivery driver called us from town four miles north of the house and asked us to meet him. This was two hours prior to our estimated delivery window. I led the delivery team to the house, and they set the tiles I had ordered down gently. When they left, they raced out our half-mile gravel driveway turning up rocks and digging pot holes. A driver of a big truck like that ought to have more concern over the damage they can do especially after having been shown the acceptable speed limit on the way in. This delivery company was entirely unprofessional and not only inconvenient, but destructive to our private property. Be wary of choosing this third party delivery service if you can because of the extra hidden costs in time and repairs incurred post delivery.

This company was scheduled to deliver a patio seating set as a third party company. I was supposed to receive a call prior to delivery which never happened. This, by itself, would not have been a big deal. But they dropped off the patio set right at the top step of my porch standing on its end, blocking access to the porch, and extremely visible to anyone with a truck and bad intentions until I can make it home. The porch is wide, and just a couple feet to the left there is a railing that this should have been set behind that would have disguised it from view.
