These guys were awesome! Everything was perfect - from talking over the phone, to the actual shipment of our items. Moved from St. Louis MO to the Seattle Wa area and will definitely use them again should we need to in the future!

I used the shipping container service for a long-distance move, and I have absolutely zero complaints. I was able to reserve the shipping containers around 3 weeks prior to my move, and the service was significantly cheaper than similar services offered by competitors. The containers arrived as scheduled, and were picked up promptly once they were loaded. The transit time from the pick-up location to the destination service center was extremely short (i.e. on the bottom end of the estimated time-frame: ~ 2 business days), the containers were delivered to my new residence the next morning, and the empty containers were picked up promptly again once I informed the service center that they were ready for pick-up (on the same day that they were dropped off, no less). This service is a practical solution to long-distance moving that is relatively affordable and very straightforward. I will use this service again for my next long-distance move.

I moved from Illinois to Florida.  I used their trailer service.  I estimated that I would need 12' but only used 7' and they deducted $500 from the original estimate because I didn't need what I estimated.  The drop off and pick up went very well. Their drivers were excellent in placing the trailer exactly where I wanted it.  They made a special trip late on friday to pick up the trailer so that it wouldn't sit in my parking lot all weekend.  They were much more reasonable that other moving estimates that I received.  I can highly recommend them and would definitely use them again if I needed to move.

These guys were fantastic! When my cubes arrived in Saint Louis a week ahead of me, it was easy to call and arrange storage (for a fee). Once I had my new apartment, I called back and got them delivered curbside in front of the house (after getting the permit from the city of course! Which I knew to do because U-pack let me know, otherwise I would have had no idea!). The guy that delivered them was awesome. Super friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted/needed. Once my cubes were emptied, I just replied to a link in a text, and BOOM, they were gone the next day. Voila! So easy, and sooooo much cheaper than my last cross country move.
