I absolutely love Core Evolutions in Wellington. It’s a great work out for your entire body, especially your core. All the instructor are wonderful! They have the best attitude and are very motivational. The instructors also have different level of workouts: some instructors are more intense then other so it’s a great combination of different work outs through out the week. I would highly recommend Core Evolutions in Wellington to anyone wanting to get in shape in a positive and fun atmosphere.

I started this class program due to a back injury and my doctor told me I needed to strengthen my core. When I started it was difficult but all of the instructors were WONDERFUL and so helpful. Within 2-3 weeks I know the positions and I have been enjoying ever since. It is the best workout program I have ever been apart of. It has helped me so much. Thank you Core Evolution !!

Core evolution Wellington is a wonderful place to get strong and propel yourself to the next level. Everyone is fantastic here teachers as well as members. Every class is challengeing and engaging. I highly recommend you give it a try!

So this is my 5th class and though I'm scared every time I come in, I'm really loving it! I've had 4 different instructors and they are all encouraging and caring and help me get through each challenging class....I'm not quitting!! I feel good and I can already see some improvements 💞💞

This fitness studio is absolutely amazing. The instructors really challenge you! And if there is a move you can't do yet, they help modify it for you or help you get there. I HIGHLY recommend trying this place!
