Great staff. It is Very small and have no dressing room, only two unisex bathroom less than three feet from the weights. No locker room. All of my gripes extends from the lack of room. It has almost every thing you need but when you work out it feels like you are right on top of each other. My biggest problem was that there was only one place to squat. That place was a 3d power rack which is neat and better than a smith machine. The problem with this is that they only have one. This machie is very versatile and can be used for many exercies and in this gym it seems like it is the only place for squats and deadlifts. I had to wait to do my squats. The second problem is that the floor is uneven in the power rack. Three was a dip in the floor that i had to avoid when i step back to squat. Dispite these flaws i enjoyed My work out there because of the great environment and friendly people. It also have 24 hour access.

Very small club. They don't really have a change room or lockers, so show up dressed to train! They have a good variety of weight training equipment and some cardio machines, but outside of treadmills, pretty limited. It's a good place to train in a pinch, but you'll have to conform your workout to what they have.

Best gym in town hands down. It is never too crowded and have enough space for everyone. Staff is friendly and helpful. Place itself is very clean, and has plenty of workout equipment. Must try at least for a month to see if it is for you.

Small, cozy 24-hour gym. Extremely friendly, chatty employees and...free towels! In a great location with plenty of parking. Geared towards weightlifters but there are enough treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes to keep me happy. One gripe is that broken equipment usually takes a long time to be repaired, and I've been asking for heavier kettlebells and medicine balls to no avail. Overall, though, a great alternative to the typical narcissist-filled mega-gyms.
