Had repair work done, as well as dry cleaning, and totally satisfied with all. Store personnel was very nice! Best we've used in this area.

WORST SERVICE EVER! Took a dress in to be altered, before going in I asked how long alterations usually take. I took the dress in and told them I needed by a certain date which was 5 days more than there usual alteration time. The job was not completed and I needed the dress for the weekend. Extremely OVERPRICED. Tried speaking with the owner, took me calling 3 times in order for him to call me back. Finally after speaking with him he blamed ME for bringing in the dress and asking them to alter it. I asked for a refund since the dress was not sewn together, he asked to see the dress in person before offering a refund. I brought the dress in at a time he scheduled and he was 30 minutes late.. The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. What company EVER blames the customer??? AVOID AT ALL COST!!

I'm a reasonable person, but this place is incompetent. I went to get 4 pieces pressed and the place looks clean but empty. Not a whole lot of people seem to bring business here and I see why. I mentioned the place looks empty so I went the next day to pick up my items since I thought they aren't real busy I think they should be done early. Well, I was wrong. It seems like the employee is to slow and doesn't care which caused my pieces not to be ready. Just save yourself the hassle and go another 3 miles down the road and try another one. My pieces were there for over 24 hours. There is no reason why they shouldn't be ready.

Avoid these people like the plague. I can't comment on the other Corner Cleaners in the area, but this one overcharged my wife and I for her Wedding Gown to be steamed (only), charged an environmental fee for dry cleaning it (which we didn't order), and in the end, folded the gown up so that it looked worse than when we sent it in. Finally when we tried to talk to the people behind the counter about our complaints, they "suddenly" couldn't speak any English. They advertise that they take care of Wedding Gowns, but do not take yours there. They will ruin it.
