Showed up a day after my shirts were going to be ready. They couldn't find them. I had to go out and buy a new shirt for the wedding that I attended. They never called me to advise me that they located them, I had to stop by to inquire because nobody was answering the phone. Then they wanted to give me a 10% discount, after I had to go out and buy a $50 replacement shirt. Wrong answer. Never again.

They lost my husbands clothes! I dropped off several items and when I returned to pick them up a week later, it was not ready as promised. I returned the following week and picked up the clothes, but when I got them home I found a shirt that was not ours and my husband was missing two shirts and a pair of pants. I returned the shirt that was not ours to the dry cleaner but they have no idea where our clothes are.

Worst customer service ever! I would not give this place 1 star. I came in the store November 2013 to get clothes that were huge on my altered. The seamstress refused. Her clothes were baggy and capris touched the floor. What is wrong with getting a suit tailored, adding straps on a strapless dress and not having to worry about your pants falling down. Not everyone wants to look sloppy or wear clothes right off the rack that fits improperly. She was extremely rude and got an attitude when I took long and I explained my Military-related injury.
