Beautiful place. You can get the view of entire San Diego skyline. There is a ferry ride which will connect you to the San Diego mainland. Multiple small shops are located in this area. It also houses trendy restaurants which give you the amazing view of the skyline.

Such a cute place right by the ocean. They even have a beach area for people with families. There is a good variety of restaurants to choose from, everything from quick bites to fancier sit down restaurants.

So much fun on the ferry ride over. You get to see downtown San Diego from a different prospective. You can bring your bikes over as well. Once off the ferry there are few places to eat or shop, there's a beach nearby. You can ride your bike, walk to Coronado Beach, the ease of not driving or looking for parking is the best thing. Inexpensive & easy. Took about 15 minutes to get to Coronado Island but worth it. You can catch ferry near The Midway downtown San Diego, call or view website for times & prices.

Nice shops and places to eat. Had a delicious boars head deli sandwich before catching the ferry. Almond caramel apple was great, too!

This is a fun and convenient way to move between the San Diego downtown area and Coronado. Once you land in Coronado the convenience of the shops and restaurants makes it easy to enjoy the local area if you’re not interested in transiting to other areas of town area using public transportation. However, imagine if you are interested in using the ferry you will have no trouble finding your way around the rest of Coronado.
