My dogs are my children. This veterinary clinic is really fantastic. Being that I recently moved to AZ, they took the time to discuss the new dangers in AZ vs my old state. Primarily information on Valley Fever, rattlesnakes, scorpions, and to stay away from javelinas. I found this information really valuable. They also were sympathetic when I brought my dog in after a pitbull attack at a local dog park (the initial visit was at a ER Vet downtown but all follow ups were at this clinic). It's also nice how much more affordable vet care is down in AZ. I was used to paying $1,100 combined for both of my dogs to do their yearly visits. It's now about $300. But the quality of work is fantastic!

I will not recommend them to others. I took my dog in for a suspected UTI. I gathered and took the urine sample in at time of visit. She was given an antibiotic before a lab report. The specimen was "sent out". I called everyday for one week for results, only to be told by the receptionist she wasn't "allowed" to give them to me. The VET would have to give me that info. After daily phone calls with no response, I made a visit to the office and requested my results, in person. Their office visit price was higher than I had ever paid. Especially with the service I did not receive.

Great vet, always able to get my pets in. My beloved kitty had renal failure they kept him there and did everything for him. Also my sweet chihahua had regurgitation, they were so good with her and tried everything for her until she past away. They have a holistic vet there, the vet consults with her and has given us medication when the need arises. We drive from Vail!

I took my dog there for an infection. They gave me antibiotics (after charging over $250) and told me to come back two weeks later. I went back and was charged over $40 for just walking in the door. The doctor told me that we needed to come back again in 2 weeks... again over $40. I talked to my friends in the neighborhood and was told they left there because they couldn't afford it anymore. Overpriced!!
