Why do I have to give them even 1 star to write this? They don't deserve it. Just now tried to ask for a earmite product comparison. The tech assisting was rude and utterly unwilling to help. They didn't seem to be listening. I'm certainly not going to risk my pet's health and vet needs to people who can't be polite and competent for a single simple question.

I had to euthanize my dog on Sunday and because of the situation, whomever answered the phone told me they would call me back. It is now Thursday and I still haven't heard back from them but they had the nerve to mark on my account and that he had been in for a visit that day and was deceased. We never set foot in Banfield that day and let me repeat, they never contacted me. Still waiting for that phone call. I had to go to the emergency vet. As someone who has used Banfield vets for almost the last 7 years, I am disgusted with this location and their disregard for a client in a distressing situation and now know why people dislike the company so much. The staff at this location does not care about your pet and they do not care about you.

This is by far the best veterinarian facility as all of the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. All four of my dogs are seen here and on their wellness plan. I would recommend Dr. Moorehead and Dr. Hoffman to anyone that has a pet for they really care about your pets well being and do great surgical work along with good follow-up care. The ladies up front Kim, Gidget, and Rhonda are very helpful and they always greet you with a smile. Thank you to the Staff here for providing my furr babies with excellent care

I am so touched by the thoughtfulness of the staff at this facility. My aging Golden Retreiver Honey was cared for there many times, especially towards the end of her life. I had to visit them at least once a month and sometimes twice. Not once did they complain. Honey LOVED it there! They spoiled her there. Then at the end of her life, they were so comforting and made the decision easy to bear. But today I got the shock of my life when they called me to tell me to come pick up the paw print they had made for her! I feel like they went above and beyond when they did this. I've never seen a vets office do this before. They took a cast of her paw in some clay. The a staff member took it home and baked it! When they called me to come pick it up, I was so touched. What a thoughtful gift. They didn't have to do this. It wasn't a part of their job. They just did it and it makes me cry. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
