I went there yesterday 6/2/18 to get my car washed at around 10:30. There were only 2 cars in front of me so it wasn’t really busy. I told the guy I wanted “The Works” and asked him if he would make sure and vacuum the trunk as well. I showed him where the trunk release button was and he said no problem. I went in, paid the bill, and waited. When the car was dried off and the guy motioned it was done, I put money in the tip box, got in the car and left because I had an appointment to pick up some things. Well, when I opened the trunk to put my stuff  in, I was shocked to see that the trunk mat hadn’t been touched and upon further inspection, none of the mats or floor inside had been vacuumed either! Of course I could have driven back and complained about it but I would have had to drive home, unload and then drive up there and wait and then drive back home. My time is more important to me than that and there are car washes that are closer that I will try next time.

Yesterday I paid almost $18 for a car wash. I told them I needed my trunk vacuumed out and they said they would do it. I tipped generously. Later when U opened my trunk to put in my groceries, they HAD NOT VACUUMED IT!  I am furious!

Usually top notch,  but today I have been here for 30 minutes and my car is just now going through. And they are not busy. I have more errands to do and don't like being here this long.

Go on ladies day Tuesday or senior day Wednesday if they apply.  Tried many carwashes and the service is same as all the rest. Pricing is very reasonable for what you get on the basic package.
