Got "The Works" $17 wash and was completely unsatisfied.  Unable to get bugs off windshield or front of car. Better off paying more for a hand wash. Expected more from best performance wash. Spot free rinse certainly not spot free.  

Don't get me wrong, certainly an improvement vs not washing....however, don't get your hopes up for a high performance wash.

This place is nice looking and clean, but the wash leaves a lot to be desired. I got their best wash, and went through twice to try to get some bird poop off my hood from a few days earlier. When I told the girl that the first time didn’t work, she asked if a bird had pooped on it within the 30 seconds that I finished the wash and drove around the building after I saw it was still there. Slightly amusing, but whatever, she sent me through again. Alas, still there. Went to a car wash I normally go to on 64, and they had it clean 10 minutes later for $5 less. I really wanted to like this place, but I doubt I’ll ever be back.

Although I do quite like this car was in the sense that I can bring my car through 20 times in a day if I really wanted to and it would still cost me the same amount per month. Granted I only bring my car through maybe 3 times a week and it leaves my car and my tires looking very shiny 24/7. The tire shine and wax actually lasts a very long time if you neglect to take your car to he washed again. Now the reason why I had to give a 4 star review is because this car wash is trash at completly cleaning bugs off the front. What I like to do is consistently bring my car through here to keep it looking shiny and well taken care of throughout the week and then once or twice a month take the time to scrub the bugs off the front of my car myself so that they don't eat the paint!

Great car wash and staff. The only thing that would be better is if they had a station where you could get the love bugs off before entering the car wash.
