Been doing Eager Beaver for years, always go for their best wash and at least 50% of the time I'm disappointed. I was so impressed with Evies and the quality of the wash. They must train their employees on the importance of customer service as well. Only issue, they don't give cash back on a cc payment to use for a tip and instead they have an ATM next to the register, which of course costs additional fees from your bank.

I have been a customer at Evies for many years and I have never been disappointed. Professional, high-quality service at a fair price. Friendly and courteous staff. Chris G. the detailing manager always goes above and beyond to deliver an outstanding product. Two people asked me if I wanted to sell my Lexus LS 460 before I could even pull out of the parking lot, within 5 minutes of Chris finishing another outstanding wax and detail job. If they are backed up just hang out relax and have a cold drink. It's well worth the wait. I won't go anywhere else...neither should you.

They used to be great. Now not so much. Last time I was here someone stole $3 in change from the car console. Management gave me a coupon for a free wash - right thing to do and I appreciated it. Today, I’m here waiting, and waiting, for my car. Dropped with vac guys 30 minutes ago. Still not in the wash tunnel!! By the time it gets through I will have spent at least an hour here. Unacceptable and never again. Evie should know better.

They do a great job.  The only thing I don't like is that they want you to tip the crew that washes your car and then the crew that finishes cleaning it.  I'd prefer to tip all at once.  A minor complaint and the cost is reasonable.

Great job and service by the detail department. I've taken 2 black cars so far to Chris to buff, wax, and remove swirl marks from. Both have come out excellent and will be back. Chris knows how to use a buffer and not burn through clear or paint.  Prices are affordable and worth it. I recommend the car wash and detail department to anyone that wants a job done right the first time.
