They are very flexible in all aspects.
They gave me a good price for my trade in and were good about finding a vehicle in my budget.
When I found something that needed to be done to the car, they didn't even ask a question. They just told me where to go and that they would take care of it. No hassle.

Every used car is going to have some things wrong with it, but this dealer made it easier to deal with those things. I am going on my second car from them.

Sean and Steve were both great. They learned what was important to us & showed us vehicles they could make fit in our price range. Everything about Cortland Used Cars was straight forward and open. I will do business with them again.

Buyer beware! I fell in love with a 2010 Dodge Ram Crewcab on their lot. They were great to work with and did their best to get me the payment I wanted. I bought the truck on February 1st and by August 16th I was at another dealership begging for a different vehicle. The model is exactly what I wanted. The vehicle turned out to be a lemon. The carfax showed nothing to worry about. But as I spent more time with the truck, I notice a window had been busted (evident by finding glass fragments while cleaning) and the rear door and driverside of the box both had major bodywork and subpar repainting. I had to replace all four brakes and rotors within the first month. You would think the dealer would have done that. Then I had to replace a door latch that stopped working. Then the roof started leaking. Then one of the HVAC accuators went bad. Then the engine started whining; and that was the last straw. This was a 3yr old truck with 70k!! I went from loving it to hating it in 6 months and 8k miles.
