I appreciate that the buses are free to all but they have several problems: -Buses have been 5 to seven minutes late. While I was never late for class it's still inconvenient. Especially in yucky fall and winter rain showers. -Drivers are usually disingenuous with their greetings. It feels more like they're saying "Have a good day" or whatever because they have to. -Drivers won't wait for you to sit down. It's a bigger problem when you're carrying heavy loads like a pet carrier or groceries and they instantly begin driving. I've sometimes almost tripped because of that. -I experienced a rude, blonde driver. She asked people to move back farther. I said, "I know!" and she gives me a death glare and says, "Then I shouldn't have to tell you!" And she also snapped at someone for pulling a rope when someone didn't get off. I dunno, lady, maybe that person accidentally picked the wrong time? She may or may not be around any more but her rudeness is inexcusable.

I think it's amazing that we can ride these buses around Corvallis for free. They're usually on time in the AM and become (very consistently) a little later as the day goes on, which their schedules reflect. Their app also makes it easy to know when to expect the bus. I can hardly complain if a bus is a couple of minutes late because people were loading their bicycles onto it or they had to assist someone in a wheelchair. The bus drivers are very nice and informative if you ever need to ask anything.

The bus drove right past the stop I was waiting at, exceeding the speed limit and not looking for people waiting. Caused me to walk in the rain and take a less desirable route. Like it being free for my kids but today was terrible.

Well apparently you can NOT bring coffee on the bus. I have NEVER heard of this as for this has never happened to me. This little incident happened after a long day of travel so walking a half hour was really not fun. If this didn't happen then I would have given 5 stars because a previous ride was very nice with being speedy and on time.

You get what you pay for. Awesome because its free, but the buses are constantly late, drivers have no idea what there doing, and are often rude. It being free makes up for all that though
