More people need to review the actual train station itself, not the trains they get on.

Small train station manned by friendly staff though lacking in amenities such as Wi-Fi internet and cushioned seating. As someone who had to wait for their train for over an hour, the wood benches were not comfortable for long periods.

Bizarrely, the men's restroom toilet stalls totally lack doors and wide open for anyone to see. The lack of privacy would make anyone uncomfortable. They've been lacking doors for YEARS, as early as 2009 when I first visited the area.

Took 15min to get my seat after boarding. Me and my partner had to seat seperately. The train was 4 hours late and no one gave us good reason. The Amtrak staff told us " Do not ride Amtrak during the holiday season."

The ticket checker allowed my fiance to get on the wrong train landing her 5 hours away from home. IN THE WRONG DIRECTION! NEVER TRUST THESE LOWLIFE IDIOTS

It's mostly the fault of the freight carts but this station's route is ALWAYS late, by hours some times. If you're going to (or coming from) Seattle, drive or take a bus.
