I had a great renting experience with Cosmopolitan and Mark. I found a great condo through him in Southington that was in excellent condition - and upon finding a few minor issues when I moved in, he was very quick in addressing them. He was always personable and quick to reply whenever I would reach out to him. I would definitely use him again if I was looking for a residence in the area; and am actually shocked at a few of the poor experiences that have been shared in this review section; because mine, honestly, could not have been more positive. Obviously, I know there are many management companies in the area - but don't be so quick to rule out Mark and Cosmopolitan.

Worst experience trying to find a place to live through this realtor. Extremely rude and distasteful over the phone, when I could actually get ahold of him. Called mulitple times, throughout multiple days, with no returned phone calls or response, until I got lucky and he answered. Would not schedule a showing for a place I was really interested in until I questioned his process-then when I arrived at the address, the current tenant gave me a tour. He hadnt shown up or even given her a heads up I'd be coming by. Certain things he's (Marc?) is supposed to take care of as a property manager he neglects. Thank goodness the tenant was honest and answered my questions. Will know for the future not to deal with CRG llc.

I rented a home in Farmington for over four years from  Cosmopolitan Realty Group  and was totally satisfied.  There were some minor issues during that time that were addressed (ie dryer vent needed replacement, door to the deck didn’t open smoothly),  and with an email Mark promptly had them repaired.  Also, a few years ago there was a leak from the water heater in the basement  which was also taken care of  without issue.  When I moved out  Mark was flexible as I had to stay some extra months beyond my lease.  I was very pleased, and I loved this home!

This company reached out to me as a contractor to do work and they asked me to paint over a unit that was completely covered in mold shady company putting lives at risk mold can kill a kid and they don't seem to take that seriously.  Hoping yo reach a contact for health department

Stay away from this guy! He is a creep... Do not rent from him and definately do not let him rent your properties!!! He refuses to pay me after i busted my butt to get an apartment ready so he can go on vacation!!! Darko "Marc" is his name and he is the only one answering phone calls.
