do not let janelle cut your hair!! she was recommended to me by a guy friend so i went to her and when i asked her to trim my bangs into a side sweep, she cut ALL OF MY BANGS OFF straight across! i haven't cried over a hair cut in a long time but i've been crying since i got it done a couple hours ago. i even went back asking for a refund and she REFUSED to give me one and hid in the closet the entire time i was there (i had to talk to a different coworker who kept relaying messages for me - and janelle is the MANAGER!) completely unimpressed and absolutely devastated. follow-up: wore my hair straight the next day and my hair is completely butchered and uneven. i guess she can only cut men's hair correctly...

I have been going here for 3 years I always have a new person and they always do a good job, until today. Courtney cut my son's (21 months) hair yesterday. Today she was again the only one working, I just wanted layers and my face framed... well she took atleast 3 inches off... and it looks so choppy and uneven. I haven't cried over my hair since I was a child until today. Not only was it a bad hair cut, she went to thin out my hair with those little scissors she took chucks of my hair cut it and let it. She didn't brush it out or blow it out. I left covered in hair and my hair wet. She basically pushed me out when someone else showed up to get THEIR Hair fixed from yesterday!!! Now I am spending $70 to get a Bob when my hair was half way down my back

I wish I got your name, but she was busy busy and did a super-great job on my son's hair today, and she was nice. I hope we didn't seem like we were in a hurry. It seems like that vibe happens, but no worries. Great!

Great Place. I get the same cut every 6 weeks and have been for 2 years. They are consistent with service and consistent with quality. They were busy so I went across the street to another salon... showed them a picture of myself from 6 weeks ago, with new highlights. Eek !...... Butchered it SO I'm BACK to Cost Cutters ! They are the BEST ! I promise I will never leave !!!! Of course, now I have to let my hair grow out. :(

Worst experience ever we had an appt at 4pm and the two only hairstylists in the building are dying the other ones hair are you kidding me
