TERRIBLE! I would give 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional staff, zero customer service skills and very rude! My hair was cut extremely uneven, at least 5" shorter on one side and they rushed me out of there so fast! On my was home I stopped at another salon and everyone in there was shocked, they said my hair was literally "chopped off" like a toddler cut it. I will never go to Fantastic Sams again!

Jodi has cut my hair for roughly 20 years. Over that time, I've grown more hair, lost hair, and have began to grey. Regardless of the amount of hair, or lack thereof, Jodi has always provided excellent customer service. She has the ability to engage in conversation while still styling and cutting like none other. I can always count on feeling great with a new haircut and being filled in on Loveland's newest gossip and politics.

I've always had good luck with almost all of the hairstylists I've had here. They have some great ones. They have great valpak discount coupons as well.

Generally a solid haircut. Men's night on Monday and Wednesday after 6 is a great deal. Shampoo and a straight razor neck shave are included.
