Terrible customer service, first and last time I ever try and get a haircut at this place. Checked in online, and was the first person in line when I got there. After waiting about 10 minutes, as other people have also been waiting a couple with two kids came in. They apparently been there yesterday and the hairstylist had done a poor job on the kids haircuts so they had returned to get them fixed. The desk person proceeds to skip over me to fix the children's haircuts. I understand providing good customer service to somebody that is unhappy with they service received, but you don't do it by tell the four other people that have been waiting in line that their time is less valuable to you than another customer's.

I went in to get my hair donated, and was greeted promptly. However, the stylist cut my hair shorter than I wanted and made it very choppy and uneven. If you want to donate your hair, I'd suggest going somewhere else.

I've been using this location for a couple of years, and the staff here is always welcoming. My primary stylist, Marion, has always done and excellent job with my hair. She is very professional and experienced, and I recommend her to friends and family.

I checked in online, only to arrive to find out they are closing early tonight. All other great clip online stores showed accurate hours...many were closed. I can understand the mistake, however, when I arrived the stylist was at the desk and completely ignored me. When she finally came outside, there was no apology, just rudeness. I checked in with a phone number, I should've gotten a call so I didn't have to drive down...and checked in before they closed early...

Lady and gentleman working, very nice. There was no wait. In and out in just a few minutes.
