Whoa! Let me just start off by saying that since I moved to this area 4 years ago, I have frequented all of the high to mid range 5 star hair salons in search of a hair stylist who would actually cut my hair the way my stylist did when I lived in Florida. For those of you with hair down to your bum, you'll sympathize with my frustration that everyone would take 5 to 8 inches off, when I explicitly emphasized that no more than 2 inches should be cut from the length. I have found, through years of trial and error having long hair, that personally, my hair looks best when it has big chunky layers that frame my face and add depth and movement to my massive amount of locks. Unfortunately for me, those high priced salons had no idea how to achieve the look, even with me bringing in about 5 pictures of myself wearing it and then at least 10 more pictures of it on other people with very similar hair as mine. After reading this far, you can safely assume, I am fairly articulate and had expressed in painstakingly long winded detail what I wanted. Yet after spending hundreds of dollars, I had not yet gotten even close to what I had wanted. Every time walking out of the salon thinking I could have cut it myself and gotten that flat, blunt, shapeless & non existent layered hair. Enter JODI from Cost Cutter! She, by the way, is the hero of this story. After I showed her my pictures and bored her to death with my misadventures in hair stylist hell, she implemented her super hero skills of listening, understanding and using her amazing hair cutting prowess, to give me the tresses of a Greek Goddess!!! Please! I implore you, if you have not gotten the amazing haircut you deserve, suck it up buttercup and head down to the CC, book an appointment with Jodi and treat yourself to the hair you always envisioned. On a side note, I wanted to add that my reasoning for going to this establishment in the first place was that after throwing SOOOO much money, literally down the drain, I figured why the heck not try the discount option. It's not like they could give me a worse experience than I had gotten already. I would at least save myself a sizable amount of cash on the meh.... style. WHOOODALOLLY! What a magnificent surprise! I could not be happier! Heck, I have never written a review about anything in my life but came straight here to write this after I saw how insanely perfect my hair was. I know I read testimonials like this on amazon and other sites all the time and you get to the end and find out they were given something for free or blackmailed with pictures from that one time in band camp but this is my true, unbiased, unpaid and not in any way coerced experience that I must say, had to be shared . My sheer and utter flabbergastment at the incredible and undeniable state of the absolute perfection of my hair has moved me to write 9 paragraphs in praise of this momentous occasion! Hopefully you'll stop getting hair cuts that you walk away saying, "eh, at least it doesn't look BAD" to "Holy Mother of God! I didn't think anyone in this town could make my hair look SO good!!!!!". Remember Jodi is her name and making hair super is her and your gain!

I get scared when people do my hair because of all the bad experiences I've had but, Sabrina is awesome knows what I like and does it right. She's professional but also talks with you about what you want to talk about. She's awesome, if you want a hair cut ask for her!

I got in over my head when I had to take care of my 7 year old niece for a week unexpectedly. (I don’t have any kids of my own) When we found out it was time for a ‘summer hair cut’, she cried and I had no idea what a haircut meant to a little girl. I had met Angie before and gave her a call. Angie found a great haircut for my niece and assured my niece that she would look great. It totally worked out! No tears! Angie handled her through the entire cut like a pro. When it was all done my niece was so happy and was bragging about having her own stylist. Thank you for your expert help!
