Horrible customer service. Been a customer for years  before they switched over. Drove 20 minutes for an appointment for my daughter and they couldn’t look up my insurance through VSP.  Didn’t do anything to help me out and just sent us home. Every time I called they said they couldn’t look up the insurance account. Just gave me an ultimatum to reschedule my appointment that I missed, even though I don’t go there anymore, or get slapped with a $30 fee. Taking my business elsewhere.

Outstanding staff and Dr. Seidman has all the latest equipment and excels at customer care and attention to detail. I highly recommend this business for all your eyecare needs.

The office staff was friendly and helpful. The secretary did a wonderful job working with my schedule to fit the appointment into my busy day! I was greeted with a smile and without delay.  Dr. Beth Seidman's attention to detail makes her an exceptional optometrist! Thank you for making my experience positive and stress-free.

I just tried out my new progressive prescription sunglasses for golf today.  It was the first sunny day on the course and they worked great!  I was able to see my ball flight better than my contacts and I could clearly read my golf watch and keep/add score.  Best of all, my daughter says they look cool!  Thanks, Dr. Seidman and Anita for the great fit!

Great staff, friendly & easy going.  Extremely thorough and professional exam - best I've ever had.  Service is excellent. Thanks to the entire staff for a really pleasant experience!
