GREAT if you don't have curly hair, want any sort of layers, or don't expect even ends after a hair cut. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone except those who have straight easy hair.

My beautician friend cut my hair to show the manager what a good job she did. Then, the manager lady "Rebecca" came along and chopped off 3 inches! I LITERALLY told her no more than 1 inch. My hair looks awful thanks to that Rebecca lady. :(
