I too dont understand the neg. reviews, I received a really great haircut, (I think) it was fast, efficent, and the perfect amount of light conversation, glad I decided to come back to this place and more importantly I plan to return!

I went in for a haircut today and the lady accidentally let the clippers hit my eyebrow. She probably took 1/4th of my eyebrow off and initially DENIED doing it. Then, she offers to fix it and makes her way to my other eyebrow. I told her she's done enough and she has the never to tell me "don't worry, it will grow back". 
No compensation was offered, I still paid the $16. I'd happily pay $100 to have regular looking eyebrows again.
I understand accidents happened. This is kind of a big one. The thing that really upsets me is how things were handled after the fact.

The lady cut my daughter's hair cut layers so short and was uneven " Anna " cut it then called they attempt ed to fix it while curing all her length off they offered a free haircut so I went back and used it they have me same lady " Anna" I did not know it was her fyi she did same crap to my hair I have a 5 in layer on top of my head that sticks out what makes me mad is when this happen to my daughter the manager was so horrified on the job they did in my daughter I figured she got fired well she dident now my hair is messed up ....I loved this place before got perfect haircuts this lady " Anna " has no business cutting hair

worst hair cut I have ever got. I asked for long layers and a trim. I got very very short layers and my hair is up to my neck. She did not blend in the layers so it was just a line through my hair. I went to super cuts and the lady tried to fix it as much as possible. I am very unhappy with this.

Husband went in, was hoping they would just take a little off the top and fade the sides and "Martha" decided she wanted to take a buzz to all of it, he's now almost bald and very mad.  Don't waste your money here.  They were very rude as well.
