Walked in and was happy there was no wait. The staff was really nice, Vanessa was really helpful and explained my policy in detail. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Signing up was a great and smooth process. Making payments is simple. If any changes need to be made you must drive and do them in person. In an era when docu sign exist and you can purchase a home from the comfort of your home but at cost u less you must drive to make a change. All prior insurance companies assist you by phone and it would be great if this company would do the same. Also the individual in charge of " the switch boards" as he called it. He lacks customer service skills. Transfers me to wrong individual. Then the representative that helps me transfers me to another individual who ends up trying to place me on hold only to hang up on me. My phone number was on file and I never got called back. I was on hold for 40 min only to be hung up on and then told that I must do the change in person. Makes me wonder how complicated filing a claim will be if they ever manage to transfer me correctly without accidently hanging up on me.

The people here are super helpful and friendly especially Vanessa. She took her time and went out of her way to find me the best price, super afforable! Thank you!!!!
