The service is excellent. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I insured my car, my home and my business and I even did my taxes and paid for my DMV plates. One of the best parts? It is child friendly! My son was playing in their Kid's Club while I was working with my agent. Thumbs up!

Every time I walk in there I am greeted with a hello and smile. All satff have been very helpful. They go out of their way to be very helpful example about a month ago there was a grand opening at a store in the same shopping center. There was no parking and I had been looking for one for about 20 minutes with no luck. So I called them to let them know of the situation. One of the girls took my information over the phone and then came out to my car and took my payment and gave me my reciept. Now thats waht I call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
