Purchased a Toshiba Laptop with 2yr extended warranty.  Woke up one morning and screen was randomly split.  Laptop was not dropped.  Neither Costco nor Toshiba would honor their warranty.  BUYER BEWARE.  It is a very frustrating thing , especially when so many of us rely upon technology, that we can't count on the stores and manufacturer's to stand behind their products.  We have the warranty coverage to protect us, yet here I am and they won't  honor it.  Will never purchase a laptop from Costco again.

I'm a long time Costco customer and overall they do a fabulous job.  Good products, great prices.

However, I've been buying Costco's reading glasses for quite some time and they have gone from very good to absolute junk.  They are so flimsy that a good gust of wind will blow them off your face and they don't seem to be universally accurate in their magnification.  Of the three pair that came in my last purchase, one doesn't seem to be consistent across the lens.  They are so delicate they are hard to clean.  Bring back the old ones they were fantastic!!!!
