UTTERLY USELESS COMPANY. They have NO REASON TO BE IN BUSINESS. THEY SUCK AT SHIPPING. THEY SUCK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT TAKES THEM FOREVER TO SHIP OUT AN ITEM AND I MEAN LITERALLY IT TAKES THEM WEEKS TO SHIP OUT YOUR PURCHASES. DON'T USE THEM. DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS USELESS COMPANY PATHETIC!!!!!!!!

I bought an item through eBay and never recieved it!!!!! I'm still getting emails from this company and its ridiculous! I bought socks and they were shipped to the wrong address when I asked for a refund I didn't receive it because the item showed "delivered." Yes they were delivered but NOT to me!! To the WRONG DAMN ADDRESS!! I guess that's what happens when there's too many hands in the cookie jar attempting customer service. Huge fail. Stop emailing me about other people's fracking orders!!

One star is one too many! Sent me a used costume which was missing all but one piece!! This is ridiculous! They should be ashamed to be in business.
