The young girl at register was on her phone for a good 5 minutes before one of the other employees had to say something to her  that was standing waiting to check out. After that she didn't greet me or talk at all, slid the bag and it almost fell off the counter and I said "Thank you" and the only reply I got was her pulling out her phone again. Never have I ever had an experience like that in any store, let alone Cotton on. The service is usually always top notch. Not impressed!

Everytime I go here I find good quality clothes! Recently went with a friend today customer service was really good! Short black guy with glasses! He was awesome
