Had an amazing experience zharde if that was her name, a girl with dark brown hair she took my clothes for me so i wouldnt have to carry it and placed it for me at the register, signed me up and most of all provided the most amazing customer service ive seen in a while, i was suprised mostly because it was my first time there and i didnt expect other than loving the clothes to love the staff there as well. Will totally recommend to anybody!

Unsure why people give this place such a low rating as I personally love it. I was getting a birthday present for a guy friend last minute and one of the workers helped me look for a shirt for at least 5 minutes. I was very satisfied with my experience. 
Also, the clothes are inexpensive yet stylish. Good place to look for Brandy Melville and UO dupes.

I had the worst experience ever there with a women who I think is Chinese or Japanese she is a skinny woman dark black hair . 
I took my whole family there for a shopping but we had I bad experience. She was nothing away from pushing us It looked like she didn't wanted us to be there. I'm never going the again !!!!!!!!!! If I decide to go there again I wish I don't see that woman working there  again!!!

This is a place which I'll won't recommend for anything. I was about to get 3 shirts and 4 pants and the lady just came to me so rude , she was trying to "fix the clothes" but she was pushing me like get out from here like she didn't want to be at work at that time I think she doesn't love her job for the way that I saw she was trying her clients. Idk her name but she looks Asian or japannesse something like that. I'm sorry but I wanted to get her out and get things straight. . Idk if someone took her boyfriend or whatever but that's not the way you treat your clients I'm a really nice person but when some one come to me and push me idk how a didn't hit her in the face. I was not the only one that she treated like that two ladies already went out of the store because of her I just told her thanks and she answer me back beeing Sarcastic (yeah perfect yeah exactly bye bye)
She has black hair . Straight hair. Tiny girl . But hell she has such a bad Personality , never going there again!!!!!!
