I was politely greeted by the receptionist when I arrived today, and was ushered back to my room promptly. The doctor was clear and informative about my procedure options, and the entire surgery took just under 15 minutes. I went back to work that afternoon with no residual pain. I highly recommend this clinic!

I don't normally write Google reviews, but thought I should comment about the positive experience I just had at Council Bluffs Foot and Ankle Care. I worked with Dr. Barnes today and had an excellent experience. He's extremely thorough and made me feel at ease. The office and nursing staff were so kind and attentive. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me!

>The receptionist of the Dr office (who had been conversing with me and laughing with me) came out from behind her desk, wanting to take my 3 yr olds brand new toy to take the batteries out! >Some other random woman came to tell me "Get your kids quiet because I can't hear on the phone...."??? I thought she was joking, she says no I'm serious. >Then have the Dr, who is in hearing and visual distance of me, tells the phone woman to "tell her where the playground is!" While pointing at me, then turned and walked away once I called him out on it! He couldn't even confront me, or repeat the comment to my face!*** "I'll find a new Dr! Cancel our appt right now, we're leaving!" He is a doctor. Obviously he needs to learn some manners, and how to talk to his customers! Now... Had my boys been overly loud, or unruley- I would understand. But that was absolutely NOT the case!!! My kids are 11 (the patient and was on his phone- zero volume), 8 & 3. You expect some noise from 3 boys, but I hardly consider the volume from them loud! I will be doing all the reporting I can for this mans comment, the behavior of his staff, and making sure EVERYONE I know, knows about it! Absolutely Disgusted! Don't accept children as patients if you can't handle kids being kids!

Doctors are great but Billing Department seems incapable of correctly filing insurance claims. Send claims to wrong company, wrong address, wrong insurance number, etc.

The doctor was fine. His staff however are rude and completely incompetent. I've had given them my insurance information 5 different times. Each time they tried to bill a company that I had never used. Then got attitude telling me I have to fix it. If they could read they wouldn't have a problem.
