Our Story

Locally owned and operated, Country Club Car Wash has been meeting the needs of car, truck and SUV owners with our “touchless” process since 1989. We are conveniently located in St. Charles, O’Fallon, Chesterfield, St. Peters and Wentzville. All of our locations provide quality Mobil Top Tier gasoline, beautiful convenience stores and a friendly staff to serve your needs. We have both full service and express locations that offer a variety of car wash packages and memberships.

They did a *PERFECT* job on my car. I found one area on the glass that was overlooked and they fixed it right up for me. I got the Country Club's Best wash and it was totally worth the $36. I had dust from dirt roads on (and in) my car, as well as dog hair in the rear seat (and dog noses and slobber on the glass and seat backs) and the car looked new again when they were done. I'll be back for more! Keep up the good work. Many thanks to the young girl (Taylor, I think) who worked on my car. Very good job!

Went to this car wash on 10/20/2017 because I was driving by and had never tried it. I have a new F-150 and I like to keep it clean. They did a very poor job of washing my truck and had poor customer service. Never again... I usually go to Classic Car Wash at K & Mexico and they do great work, I will never try a new place again, it's back to Classic for me

Spent 70 bucks to clean my small Vibe but got home and noticed the windows were not finished and it needs to be vaccumed again.   Dirt on windows and hair on carpet.  I will never go back.  Bummer

I hate to write a bad revierw for something free but I was completely upset with the rudenness from the staff memeber multiple times.  I had gotten a  coupon in the mail for free car washes so I decided to give this place a try.  The women there was so rude it felt like a huge inconvience to redeem the coupon. I feel if you are gonna be giving out such great coupons you need to make sure customer service is up to par. Then on a repeat trip there I ran in to get a drink and witness this same women being extremeley rude to another customer and staff member and watcher her actually throw something at the staff member saying," well I dont feel like dealing with these coupons if your so smart you do it" (to staff memeber"  I still have some free washes but I will not returning as clearly they do NOT want your business of any kind.

Upon walking up to my car I immediately noticed a number of very sloppy elements of the very poor job.   First, there were cups, wrappers and coffee toppers still sitting on the rear seat.   They cleat had not wiped down the door sills at all but blamed the 'dirt on Sun damage - on a part that literally gets no sun except when the door is open.  The rubber mats had clearly not been touched.   The bumper had very prominent dirty spots that could be seen 20 feet away.   There was still obvious debris visible under The front seats as seen from the rear. What they did manage to do was jam the vaccine wand under The front so carelessly to knock off The seat belt sensor wire causing my air bag light to go on and deactivate my air bags.  The techs were way more I treated in texting rather than doing their jobs.  I pointed out each of these things to the techs and they somewhat corrected some of them, except for the sills and 3/4 of the mats.  I also emailed the company via the feedback link on their website and provided the last two weeks for the owner or manager to respond to my concern before posting this and clearly they didn't care enough to even respond.  Shocking.  The prices are higher than most other washes and the quality is horrendous.  Last dollar they get of mine.  The other washes in the area are all far better.
