The room was spacious,  the couches were comfy, the soaker tub was delightful, the staff was amazing. Breakfast had a bit of variety, they had earl grey tea, there was a cute library. The bed was like granite it had very little give. Several things were in visible disrepair, lights had odd visible tape on the wire, 3 light bulbs were out, two holes were in the carpet, the tub had a patch on it. There was a nice little kitchen area that had a counter over the  top of a stacked mini fridge and microwave and two deep drawers. A coffee pot was in the bathroom. Very odd when there as  a mini kitchen. I stepped  on a nail exiting the tub.it was an overall pleasant stay but odd.

Friendly staff and easily accessible location with a nice sized parking area. Free breakfast for guests however no room service provided in the hotel. Multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance or a short drive. Comfortable bed and sheets, everything in the room was clean and neat when we arrived. Large bathroom and shower/tub combo

Stayed one night only but staff is friendly and service was great. Continental breakfast was delicious.

I was here because I work for Modells and was here with a group from New York and were helping out a store because the eagles won the super bowl. 

Great experience and I would definitely return.

I would not recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a 3 star level property. Walking down the hallway to the room we noticed the carpet was stained and the doors need to be repainted. The room was very humid and muggy feeling. The head board for the bed is broken exposing 2 sharp screws (picture attached). The wallpaper in the shower is falling off (picture attached). The shower drain does not function properly leaving a pool of water in the tub while taking a shower. The lamp switch is very hard to press. Furniture is chipped, carpet in room is stained. Overall I would rate this hotel a 2 star at most. It is in desperate need of a renovation. On the plus side the breakfast was pretty good and the staff is friendly.

Unfortunately my fiance's company put him in this place last night, 11/7/17 and I read the horrible reviews before he went and informed him. Thankfully he had a heads up, but I will confirm, do not stay here. Marriott and Hilton are right across the street and if it was his choice that's where he would've been.  They put him on the 3rd floor.  The elevator was broken, it smelled awful, the bed was hard and just the covers were lumpy.  The refrigerator also ran all night, but I told him it was probably good to have some kind of white noise to distract from God only knows what else. No bugs reported thus far, he still needs to unpack, but none were visibly seen while staying. And the blackout curtains had more gaps in them and the street light shone in his eyes while trying to sleep.  The staff did not ask him about his stay during checkout.  He thinks they already knew better than to ask...  Definitely will NOT stay here again.
