My wife and I of 71 years old were given room #111 just 12 feet across from the breakfast lounge. When checking in at 3 pm doors were closed on the breakfast lounge. When we returned from a family wedding at 11 pm the doors of that breakfast lounge were open and about 20 to 30 people were partying in there. Yelling and running up and down the hallway and in the lounge. I got to sleep about 3:30 or 4 am after they completed their party. The security lock on our door did not work as the lock hit the door frame and would not allow it to secure the door. The vent in the bathroom ceiling fan hummed and as I looked the fan blade was not turning and I could observe several inches of dust on the fan. A sure fire hazard. I did report it to the desk clerk when checking out. My wife and I stayed there many times over the years when visiting family but it has become risky and dangerous. I suggest if you have children to use caution and yourself as well. A fight broke out on the second floor as I was told by another family member staying there. There is no guidance by the management and desk employees for a safe stay for your family. People can do what ever they want there and are left to roam the hallways. Shame, it was a nice place at one time and now it is dangerous. Stay clear of this hotel.

They say they offer use of a computer, but it's been out of service for at least a year that I know of. WiFi is extremely slow. They ran out of wash clothes when I requested one. The TV's are set on energy saver that can't be adjusted, so the picture is so dark you can hardly see it. The washer stopped in the middle of the wash cycle, so we had to take our wet clothes somewhere else to rewash and dry them. They do not refund your money. If your room is anywhere close to the laundry room and the machines happen to be working, the washer sounds like there's boulders in it. Bang bang bang. Woke me up numerous times. Never received the wakeup call I asked for 2 mornings in a row. On the better side, the waffles are good.

Very clean... Great customer service... Affordable.. Had a fridge in my room really didnt expect it but was very nice. The shower was amazing once I found out how to adjust the pressure and temperature. The breakfast had a variety. Not the biggest selection ever but a decent variety. Fruit options for those more health conscious... Was no eggs unfortunately.. But options for waffles and toast and fruits and cereals etc. For how little I paid it was by far one of the nicest hotels I've had the pleasure of staying at for a one night stay. And I've stayed at many well known places I feel really wasn't even as nice as the room we got at Baymont. Was very very happy.

Room was simple and luxurious, bed was abut firm but very quiet sleeping and excellent sized TV for morning shows. I was able to hook up chromecast with a hotspot linked to my computer. Internet speed was about average for the area. Breakfast was healthy and staff were very kind and helpful.

The room is nice but dirty. The bathroom had hair in it and you could tell the bathroom floor hadn’t been mopped. The floor wasn’t vacuumed, plastic fork and spoon on the side of the bed. Overall nice design just need to be turned over better
