I stayed there last night with my husband. Got up this morning ate breakfast my husband left for work. I went back to the room and laid down for a bit. There was a knock at the door the front desk lady and another lady saying other guests are complaining of cigarette smoke. I said no one is smoking do you smell smoke. She then stated she had to come in looked all around the room behind curtains and bathroom. Then she goes we have to check everywhere. I was alone and told her i was and was laying down. I was so upset! And she did not apologize after. Also the shower water was cold as well as the hot tub. Very disappointing.

Booking was great and the staff was fantastic. The rooms are basic but nice. My only problem was they called me in the middle of the day to let me know I'd be losing my security deposit because I got blood on the sheets (surprise period) and to ask why there was blood on the sheets. Not the best conversation to have to have while with a future employer.

Clean and comfortable. Excellent new beds, though they are doubles, not queen. Good free breakfast (on Styrofoam, grrr). Very friendly staff.

This is by far one my recent Favorite hotel chains. Customer Service at this location is on point... My experience was great and I highly recommend.  By the way, take your swimming suit and relax in the jacuzzi or go for a swim... Breakfast was great as well...and the Cookies and Coffee were fresh, tasty excellent.. Give it a go, you won't regret it!!
