Yes to the review that says they are laid back. So much so that after 15 minutes on hold at 930 In the AM I just had to hang up. Had a simple question but apparently no one in the mood to pick up tha damn phone!

It's a busy place but you find a lot of boxes size, rent trucks or minivan as you need, prices are affordable.  Very convenient!

Great moved relatively far did everything online only issue was when I picked up the truck they said I owed a little more Money but other than that great experience
